DISCpute Resolve is NOT a substitute for professional mental health treatment, therapy, or crisis intervention. The AI mediator ("Dr. Clarity") is an artificial intelligence tool designed to facilitate conversation and provide structured mediation. It is not a licensed therapist, psychologist, or medical professional.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service. Users under 18 should use the Service with parental or guardian consent.

Session transcripts, DISC profiles, mood data, and journal entries are stored to provide the Service. You can delete your account and associated data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.

6. Subscriptions, Purchases & Auto-Renewal

DISCpute Resolve offers a one-time purchase (Single Session) and auto-renewable subscriptions (Monthly Unlimited and Yearly Unlimited) that unlock unlimited mediation sessions and premium features.

When you purchase through an Apple App Store or Google Play build, the following terms apply to auto-renewable subscriptions:

Purchases and subscriptions made on the web are processed by our payment provider (Stripe). Your use of any paid feature is also governed by our Privacy Policy and these Terms of Service, which together constitute the End User License Agreement (EULA) for the Service.

You retain ownership of content you create (messages, journal entries, etc.). By using the Service, you grant DISCpute Resolve a license to process and store your content solely to provide the Service. AI-generated content (summaries, action items, assessments) is provided for personal use only.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. DISCpute Resolve shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to reliance on AI-generated advice, relationship outcomes, or decisions made based on DISC assessments.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
